There are a lot of critics out there that would like us to believe, that because of the Oil and Gas downturn, that Real Estate isn't doing well and we are now in a buyers' market...Simply Not True!!
There are over 1500 families moving to Houston and the surrounding areas every week! They need homes! We have become one of the most diverse cities in the world and yes there are other jobs here other than oil related.
Although 2016 Real Estate numbers were slightly down compared to 2014 and 2015, there still were record breaking months for November and December sales of Homes in Houston, Texas and it's surrounding areas in 2016.
Some of the Hot Real Estate Areas include the Fairfield area and Cypress,Texas areas in the 77433 and 77429 zip codes. Over One hundred homes have sold in the Fairfield area since October, and over 430 homes have sold in the 77433 zip code. That doesn't even include the 152 homes under contract!!
So You ask?? Is it Really a good time for me to sell my home?? And the answer is a resounding YES...YES...and YES!!
