Firstly, Kenney and I wish to offer our prayers and condolences to the great city of Houston that has been so tragically affected by the catastrophic floods of hurricane Harvey. We will have to collectively come together to rebuild and heal from these challenging events. KW Cares has set up a mobile command center to help those that are in need.
Even though some are calling this the 5000 year flood, the way our city handles flood waters has changed. I have lived here for over 38 years and have witnessed the extreme growth this city has been blessed with, but with that blessing comes the change and growth of the infrastructure and potentially a change in where the excess water can go.
Kenney and I are fortunate to have 4 homes that we are marketing that remained HIGH & DRY and did not FLOOD!
If you are looking for a true sanctuary to call home, that has never flooded, even during this catastrophic event, you may want to preview one of these beautiful homes! Please feel free to contact Kenney or myself for additional information.
We truly are saddened by everything Houstonians have endured during Harvey's deluge on our city. It will take time, patience, cooperation and God's blessings to see us rise up even better than before!
